Yalu Jailbreak is the first jailbreak for iOS 10. Renounced hacker Luca Todesco released this jailbreak for limited devices which supports 64-bit devices. Yalu Jailbreak supports iOS 10.0.1 -10.1.1 and iOS 10.2 devices. However, iPhone 7 and 7 Plus do not support this jailbreak if you are on iOS 10.2 or up. Further, Yalu Jailbreak is not perfect yet and supports a minimum number of tweaks and apps.
The initial release for iOS 10.0.1 to iOS 10.1.1 jailbreak supports all 64-bit devices along with iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. Later Luca Todesco released more stable iOS 10.2 jailbreak, but that is not compatible with iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus. This jailbreak tool is based on the Ian Beer extra_recipe exploit developed with the help of Macro Grassi.
Note that jailbreaking may cause irreversible damages if misused. You may experience some errors, freezes, and malfunctioning of the device. We are not responsible for any damages incurred due to Yalu jailbreak. Proceed at your own risk.

How to Jailbreak iOS 10.3.3 with Yalu
Sadly, Yalu tool does not support iOS 10.3.3 jailbreak yet; however, we do expect that Luca might release a jailbreak for iOS 10.3.3 too in coming weeks. Though the Luca has denied continuing work on iOS jailbreaking, we never know what can change the mind of a hacker. So we do not need to lose the hope yet.
Yalu jailbreak is a semi untethered jailbreak similar to Phoenix Jailbreak. You will lose the jailbreak once you restart the device. However, you can re-jailbreak it with a single click on the Yalu app.
Further, you cannot install Cydia tweaks that require a reboot. Cydia will crash if you do so. You can try Cydia tweaks that just restart the springboard, but still, the consistency of Cydia app is uncertain.
